I woke up to this face this morning.
How could this not warm your heart?
It's a new day.
A new week.
Fun things are coming my way, and praying that if we stay healthy, I'll be at them all.
Hoping to see family this week as we travel to Virginia.
Planning to carve out time for myself so that I can stop, breathe, and enjoy life.
I may not be exactly where I want to be, but who is?
We all have wants and desires, but when those overshadow the blessings that are sitting in our laps, life begins to taste sour.
I'm fighting that right now, the biggest want being my husband.
Our structure.
Our routine.
Our dinners, where we sit together and share about life.
Our laughter.
Our family.
It's coming.
I've never wanted anything more in my life.

I'm sorry for all the struggles you've had lately. I don't find you being selfish at all. I know when hubby even travels for a week with me, things can start breaking down. You're only human, don't be so hard on yourself.
