Thank you God . . .

for the gift of imagination!
While shopping the other day, my son saw a spray paint display, and immediately came up with the idea to transform his bike into the General Lee. I had no idea how to do it, but he explained it all, and sure enough, it turned out all right for the mere price of 99 cents a can!
This "talent" does not come from me. My "ideas" come from books and are usually copies of someone else's work. I have a friend who can take an idea and turn it into a magical birthday party, a beautiful bedroom, a relaxing living room, etc. I'm envious. Creativity is not my thing at all.
My Jack is such a gift. During the day he takes me to places that I've never been; a concert hall to hear Johnny Cash, a land filled with dragons and hot lava, the inside of Thomas the Tank, etc. I love it and need to treasure it more because I know that it won't last forever!
