My boys are taking karate and I had to get their warm-up on tape. It's too funny! I never realized how hard Jumping Jacks could be!
The girl leading the warm up is about ten and a brown belt. My hubby leaned over and whispered to me "I think that girl could hurt me if she wanted to!" No joke! She is impressive!
My mom is a teacher, and has mixed feelings about kids learning martial arts. I guess it's a problem in school. Kids wacking each other, which is emphasized as a big "no no" in classes. Have you seen problems with this in your schools?
