China Has New Requirements for Adoption
As many in the adoption community are aware, China has put new guidelines in place in terms of who is eligible to adopt. These changes are breaking my heart. We know so many special people who would make wonderful parents who will now be ineligible to adopt from China. We ourselves would only have one child (as opposed to three, waiting for a fourth) if these rules had been in place just a few years ago.
