Glad this week is almost done.

Monday I posted about heading outside to enjoy the fresh air.

Whatever I did or didn't do sent me back to the OR on Tuesday for a "revision of posterior repair and control of hemorrhage".

I promise I did nothing more than walk up and down the street for five minutes.

The good news is that there has been no more bleeding since then so I'm hoping things are on the up and up.

I had a steroid shot for my throat yesterday, and I can already tell a difference this morning. Man! That stuff gives me the major munchies! Good thing I did have my tonsils out otherwise I'd be eating everything and more.

While watching TV yesterday, a little mouse came out of the air vent, sniffed all around for the crackers my kids tend to hide underneath the cabinet, and took off when he realized my husband had cleaned the stash.

Yes, I'm certain there was a mouse and it was not a figment of my Percocet imagination.

My daughter has been asked to join an after school intervention program. She is struggling with all sorts of things in school, namely writing, reading, and math. Is there anything else when you are only in K?

I truly don't know what else we can do to help her, and that frustrates me. There are truly things that she just doesn't get, and I'm at a loss.

Looking forward to the weekend and just being able to relax.
