What's Cookin?

One of the hardest things for me is coming up with things to cook for dinner. I tend to get in a rut and run out of ideas quickly. I found this site not to long ago, and I love it. All sorts of recipes, and they are ranked so you have an idea as to what is good, great, and the best!
Have you found a good site for great eats? I'd love to know!

I enjoy allrecipes, also.
Another I find beneficial is recipezaar. I discovered it while searching for Weight Watchers recipes, but they have tons of non WW recipes, too. :)
I understand the dinner rut. Days I feel the "rut" I love turning to the crockpot. :)

I don't always think about what I'm going to make until I get to the store. Then I have to know all of the ingredients of whatever I decide to make by heart so I can buy them!

Here's one of the ones I often turn to:
Parmesan Ranch Chicken.
All you need is chicken breasts, ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, and nuts (optional). Dip chicken in dressing, and roll in parmesan cheese and nuts. Bake for 40 minutes to an hour, depending on your oven and thickness of chicken. If you decide to pound chicken first, bake for about 30 minutes. I use the tub of pre-shredded parmesan; my sister-in-law (who gave me this recipe) used the green can when she made it for me. Both worked fine.ndnfpr
