Ok so I posted a link to this on Twitter, but I really want to make certain you take a look at this, especially if you take your kids swimming. We have a neighborhood pool, and I forwarded this on to our HOA to make certain that our cover had been replaced.
Take a peek and make certain that the places you swim have fixed this issue. It's scary to see how powerful these drains are, and how they can seriously hurt, if not kill, a child.

Hey Amy! I actually emailed the pools we use. The one in Arlington changed their covers last year. Still haven't heard from the pools we use in Richmond and Roanoke. Glad to know the pool we use on a weekly basis is safe! Thanks for the heads up.
