Disney

We did Disney the first of this month. It's amazing how different everything looks through the eyes of an adult. Big Thunder Mountain, which scared the pants off of me as a kid, looks like a kiddie coaster. When you're a kid, you don't notice all the crowds, the price of tickets, food, etc. You're toally glamorized by the magic of it all, something that is dimished when you are spending hundred of dollars on tickets and food everyday.
It's a totally different world, and it's not a small one at that! We went during the value season, and it was still packed!

My middle child loves Herbie, and we were just as excited for him when he appeared at MGM.

"It's Herbie!!!"

We took a day to enjoy Downtown Disney because it was mostly indoors. It was so cold for a few days during the week. Yes, those are our winter coats! I'm so glad I brought them. We saw people wrapped in blankets from their hotel rooms in a futile effort to stay warm.

This was actually taken at one of the Sea World shows. The kids loved the funny animal acts.

Seeing Cinderella's Castle for the first time.
