Dinner anyone?

My friend, Val, at Drivvel Soup sent me from her brother, who is currently living in Thailand. While it turns my stomach, it also goes to show how "spoiled" (and wasteful) we are in our country. When the pickins' are slim, you appreciate it all, even uterus I would guess.

That was the one thing that really stood out during our trip to China. It all goes down the hatch, not just the white breast meat. Rather than the rotisserie chicken you pick up in the nice, little, plastic, carrying case, we saw the whole thing cooking, beak, feet, etc. Gives a new meaning to "It's all good!"
