Things went well. The MD doesn't know what the bump is but can reassure me that "It's not a mass". If I want to know what it is, I'll need to have a CT Scan.
Do I want to know what it is? Ummmm . . . yes please. So I'm heading back to my Family MD to start over from square one.
I have to say that the mammogram was not bad. There was some pulling, mostly in my neck, but it wasn't bad. When you know it's going to give you the inside scoop, so to speak, you really don't mind.
So all's well. What a relief . . . .

I am so relieved to hear that you received good news.
I don't blame you for wanting to know more about the bump. If nothing else, you'll be able to tell the doctor at your next annual that it is ___ not a tumor.
